Instructions

Open Illustrator.
Create Artboard. (W) 792pt (H) 612pt.
Select the Rectangle tool by pressing "M" on your keyboard.
The first rectangle will be the smallest rectangle
Create the rectangle
Next, create another rectangle that is almost double the size of the first rectangle.
Attach that rectangle to the smaller rectangle. To get out of rectangle mode press "V" on your keyboard and select the bigger rectangle to move next to the smaller one.
Go back to rectangle mode and make a slightly smaller rectangle than the previous one but it must be bigger than the first one.
Repeat step 7 and attach rectangle to previou rectangle.
Now, copy and paste the first rectangle and repeat step 7 attching it to the previous rectangle.
Next, create another rectangle that is under the 4 rectangles you made and make it slightly smaller than the artboard.
After that, use the curvature tool by pressing (Shift +) on keyboard and with this you'll make "rainbow shapes".
To make these shapes you'll first start by move to the right side of the artboard.
Create two points and cruve them.
Repeat this 3 three times each one being smaller than the last.
For color, the second rectangle you made will be the color of the sun.
4th rectangle will be the color of the ocean.
Last rectangle will be the color of the fire alarm.
